What happens if no one is home?
Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can pick it up.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Don't worry, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
Is your website secure?

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it arrives back to us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
